Ballet
A dance technique that focuses on grace and alignment through strength and beauty, utilizing classical ballet steps.
 
Contemporary Jazz Dance
Jazz dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork,
big leaps and quick turns, that showcase a person’s individual style.
 
Hip Hop Dance
Contemporary style of dance that focuses on percussive and free form expression.
 
Musical Theatre
Music and choreography from various Broadway Musicals.
 
Tap Dance
A dance technique, that focuses on rhythmical sound, while improving coordination and muscle tone.
 
Gymnastics
Physical exercises designed to develop and display strength, balance, and agility, especially those performed on or with specialized apparatus.
 
Funxions Circuit Training
Structured rotations of cardio intensive activities including: Rock climbing, Zip line, Basket Ball, Volley ball, Virtual Reality, Dance Revolution.
 
Teen Circuit Training
Cardiovascular and strength training in a regimented class structure. Use of women's only gym facility.
 
Karate
A classical form of self-defense that teaches mental and physical discipline.
